About Ms. Joerding: Jennifer Joerding holds a Master's degree in organizational psychology from St. Louis University (2000) and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Washington University (1998).
Interests and Experiences in Organizational Learning: Jennifer's main interests include group dynamics, enhancing team effectiveness, information sharing, training, and career development. Jennifer has consulted with various companies on training, recruitment and selection, action planning, consumer satisfaction, and quality systems. Her organizational learning interest includes primarily team learning. "I am truly fascinated with the way teams can learn so much from each other through interaction. Since most companies rely on teams for everyday business, team learning is especially critical to incorporate into the way business is handled."
