Robert Mai, Ed.D.
Position(s): Vice President, Fleishman-Hillard Communications; Co-Director, Center for Organizational Learning and Renewal

About Dr. Mai: Bob Mai is a practice leader in organizational learning and change at FH; prior to that, he served as VP for consulting and instructional design for Maritz Training. Bob is the author of Learning Partnerships: How Leading American Companies Implement Organizational Learning (Irwin/ASTD, 1996), and some 20 articles in professional journals. He helped found the Center in 1998.

Interests and Experiences in Organizational Learning: Bob has written and consulted in change management, communications for the learning organization, branding, post-merger integration, and using customer research as input for organizational learning. He has spoken at the Conference Board, and at national conferences of leading education, management, training, and communications organizations. In his work with FH and Maritz, he facilitates strategy development sessions and has consulted with over 100 major companies in industries that include airlines, automotive, building products, communications, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. Bob also serves as a consultant to education, working with K-12 school and district leaders, PDS members, and with community college administrators on a variety of strategy development and change management projects.
