Merrie I. Miller, M.A.
Position(s): Graduate Student, Department of Psychology
About Ms. Miller: Merrie Miller holds a Master's degree in Community Psychology (1981) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology (1978) from Truman State University. She has worked with community and not-for-profit organizations since 1979 in a variety of roles including as a direct provider, an administrator and a member of boards of directors.
Interests and Experiences in Organizational Learning: Merrie brings experience from a variety of types of agencies to the center. She has extensive background in program development, strategic planning, and program evaluation at local, regional and statewide levels. She is especially interested in work with human service and faith based organizations as well as economic and community development activities. She has worked with the Center for Organizational Learning and Renewal at Saint Louis University since 1998. Merrie areas of focus for training and consultation include the program assessment and leadership development aspects of learning in organizations.
