About Mr. Pride: Ryan Pride graduated from the University
of Tennessee, Summa Cum Laude. Ryan spent his first year of training
at the doctorate level at Northern Illinois University, and after
transferring to Saint Louis University, received his Master's
degree in Organizational psychology. Ryan is currently pursuing
his doctorate in Organizational Psychology, working as a consultant
with the Center for Organizational Learning and Renewal, and is
conducting research on the experience of workload in Healthcare
organizations.
Interests and Experiences in Organizational Learning: Ryan's
main interests include stress management, leadership development,
change management, and executive coaching. Ryan has consulted
with various companies on strategic planning, succession planning,
board development, organizational assessment, team building, leadership
training, and performance appraisal. His organizational
learning interests include: organizational development in health-care
organizations, training and development of leaders and managers,
personnel assessment, stress management, balanced-scorecard alignment,
self-management training, failure analysis, and change management.
